On October 7, 2025, the executives, physicians, and lecturers from Faculty of Medicine, Prince of Songkla University (PSUMed) extended a warm welcome to the delegates from Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (HMFP), United States, led by Assoc. Prof. Gregory R. Ciottone.
This visit involved the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between HMFP and PSUMed, as well as, several productive discussions on advanced future collaboration.
As part of the program, the delegation toured key facilities within the Faculty of Medicine. Highlights of the visit included Songklanagarind Vejchavivat Hospital and its advanced healthcare services, such as the Outpatient Clinic (Premium Clinic), LASIK Center, Picosecond Laser Treatment Center, PSU Minimally Invasive Surgical–Interventional Radiology Center (PSU MiSIR), Naradhiwas Rajanagarindra Heart Center (NRHC), and Emergency Room. Additionally, the delegates delivered a special lecture to the residents of the Department of Emergency Medicine.
